![]() Summer has just begun. Paradoxically, it marks the end of blooming of one of the most majestic plants: peonies. Their stately flowers slowly disappear from the gardens making room for daylilies, hostas and- of course- roses. The moment of saying goodbye usually evokes hope to see each other again soon. The "soon" for peonies will come next spring and in the meantime let us soothe our feelings with the beauty of a farewell aria sung by Rodelinda and Bertalido, they too, part. This heavenly music comes from Handel's opera... Rodelinda, Regina de' Longobardi and the great voices belong to Magdalena Kozena and David Daniels. Enjoy their interpretation... Jarek
