About me

I was destined to be born gardener. In order to become a professional one I had to enjoy years of studying at various schools and universities which were wise enough to enhance my interest in plants. Soon this hobby transformed into passion and a way of living. To my surprise I have understood that the stories plants tell help me create my own world, a miniature but real universe like Greek kosmos, where everything is in order despite the obvious fact of omnipresent flowery mess.
I find working in the garden, reading, writing about plants and taking their pictures quite addictive and – I hope – contagious. That is why I have decided to start my own blog, to invite people to my Cosmos. I believe it will be a good meeting place for anyone who wants to share their precious reflections not only about plants but other joyous and less joyous moments related to plant care. A safe place to ask questions concerning gardening problems and a forum for enthusiastic bragging about successes.
A beautiful garden is a friendly and kind garden reflecting the well-known truth that happiness heals, so does a visit to Cosmos in the Garden.
